Frequently asked questions

To book your next subscription, select the desired vehicle on the website as usual and enter the contract end date of your current subscription as the delivery date. This way we can guarantee a seamless transition (pickup of the old car and delivery of the new car on the same day). The pickup of the current car and the delivery of the new subscription is free of charge for our loyal customers. 

If your desired vehicle becomes available at a later date, we work our hardest to keep you mobile in the meantime. The best thing to do is contact us at help@finn.auto, call +1 (888) 296-3688 or book a consultation appointment to find a solution together here.

You can enter the voucher code in the last step of the order. Once you enter the voucher at checkout, the loyalty points will added to your account.

If you can no longer find the email with your personal link, that's not a problem. Simply contact us at help@finn.auto or call +1 (888) 296-3688 to speak with one of our customer representatives. 

At FINN our top priority is ensuring that you stay mobile. For our 6 month subscribers contact us at help@finn.auto or call +1 (888) 296-3688, and we will work our hardest to keep you in your current vehicle. 


While we cannot guarantee that you will be able to extend your current car subscription, you can always subscribe to one of the many cars available on our website. Simply select the same delivery date as your return date and we'll keep you on the road without any hiccups. 

We make the transition between your FINN subscriptions seamless!


Simply select the same delivery date for your new subscription as the return date of your current vehicle and we will coordinate with our drivers to ensure a smooth exchange process. 


For our customers solely returning their FINN vehicles, select the day and time for your return appointment that works best for you. We'll handle the rest!
